After a customer submits the order, a confirmation email will be sent out along with tracking information.

Customers are allowed to update the shipping address if we have not shipped the item yet, usually processing time it's between 1-3 business days. After an item is shipped, we can't not change or update the address. Please make sure the correct address is entered before check out.

We do ship US & Canada. Customers will need to pay for duty and tax.

Usually we process orders between 1-3 business days domestically, we ship through USPS service, unless customers require and pay expedite shipping, we can rush the order as well.
