Returns and Exchanges

Refund & Exchanges Policy

Did your package arrive damaged? Email pammi@pammibeauty.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll help open a claim for a refund or a replacement.
Efficiently process your claim: Send us photos and videos of the damaged items, the lot code on the bottle, and the shipping box along with its label. We cannot process claims without this documentation nor claims submitted after 7 days from the delivery date. We only handle claims for items directly purchased from our online store at pammibeauty.com.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back in the original method of payment within a defined time frame.

 

Cancellations

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email at pammi@pammibeauty.com

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
